In January of 2023 I purchased what was advertised as an outdoor dining set ($850) ... there was no mention that a cover during the winter months would be required or even suggested. Remember this stated "outdoor use". After one mild winter the set is chipping and looks dated. I had no decent response from customer service after waiting almost one month for an answer from their Resolution Team. I was told there was NO warranty and that I could return the 5 piece set to a store for a store credit, not cash refund. Very disappointed in Ikea. I will be writing their corporate offices and if I get a more amiable response I will write again

Visited IKEA in Atlanta Saturday 1/13/24. Went to check out. They only had 1 cashier on duty, if you have over 15 items in your cart you are NOT allowed to use the fast lines. Wait over 1 hr to check out. When I requested to talk to a supervisor was told no one is here. Pretty crappy service.

Customer Service communication is awful. Would give 0 stars if I could. Bought merchandise on-line and paid for delivery. Weeks later item was delivered damaged and missing pieces. Was told $$ would be refunded and to get rid of damaged merchandise. Three weeks later still waiting for refund. Called customer service and was told I would have to return merchandise for credit. Duh!!! Good thing I wasn't able to get rid of damaged stuff. To their credit they made arrangements for pick-up of damaged merchandise. Will see if this works out. For now it's 1 star. Word of caution - don't use their delivery service.
Follow-up: Ikea cancelled the pick-up and rescheduled for later this week. Seems you are only a customer until you buy something from them and they really don't care to resolve issues.

Very bad delivery service . Ordered for my daughter had no decency to call pack stuff in a box . Irresponsible.
