Main Line Health Collegeville

Just had a routine mammogram at Main Line Health on Arcola Road. Check-in was easy and fast, and the scan with Kristen was also very simple and amazingly fast. Kristen was kind. Caring, and professional. Highly recommend!

My. First time there I was welcome with urgent care. No long wait time the doctor was great and the staff very great.

I visited this office twice, and they failed to properly diagnose me. They said I had a tension headache. My second visit was worse, and the doctor acted like he did not want to deal with me. When I left, I could've sworn I heard him & the receptionist laugh at me. Like my suffering was something they could joke about. That discouraged me from visiting that building again. After dealing from dizziness, fainting, insomnia, and shortness of breath, I fed up and angry. I had my job's nurse point me in the right direction. First, I went to Patient First and their doctor did a thorough check-up on me and actually found that I had a Sinus Infection. They prescribed me with antibiotics, to fight off some of the infection and I was making some good progress on my recovery. Then, I visited an ear, nose & throat specialist and said that I had subacute sinusitis. He managed to remove the blockages in my sinuses, prescribed me with a stronger antibiotic and steroids. I do not intend to visit this office again, your staff has the worst crew of doctors I had the misfortune of dealing with.
