Ed Goodman's Chimney Service

The bar was already set high as I had already got work done from another quality chimney company.. When that other company failed to call back, EG's Chimney Service stepped up and knocked it out of the park. I gotta old house with old fireplaces. EG helped recommend a new insert and updated 2 chimneys to bring them into this century's safety standards. Additionally, when unforseen issues arose, EG didn't overcharge for the new work but seemed more interested in getting it done right instead of a new paycheck. Quality work. Clean. Punctual. Came out quickly and gave excellent advice about what to do with our 63 year old chimney/wood stove. We received an estimate via e-mail, that seems very fair. We'll be moving forward with the work, and will send a review again after the work is completed.

No one ever wants to need a chimney repair, but when we did we contacted Ed Goodman, who came highly recommended and whom we had dealt with before. He gave us a professional proposal, showed up on time, kept our property clean, explained what they were doing, and were pleasant to work with. I wish all our contractors worked to the same standard.
