      We take the utmost pride in prompt and excellent client communications. There is a misunderstanding here. I thought I had provided a detailed analysis of Mr. Santos' IRS issue and left instructions for how he should handle it. At that point last July I honestly believed I had completed the mission and that my representation was over. I expressed this in several emails at that time.Mr. Santos after a substantial period recently recontacted me to my surprise but I have been ill for several weeks and was under the care of my physician therefor.. Now that I am recovered, I have informed him that I am at his service. However, I ask in good faith that he take down this damaging complaint as I do not feel that it is warranted.
