It's a shame I can't give negative stars.  I have been totally scammed by these rip off artists.  Ordered a door on 12/17, was promised shipment a bit after Christmas, then the lies started.  First door pulled was rusted, door shipping from Maine, it snowed, it's in Yonkers, NY, should be there soon, it's getting delivered Monday, Tuesday... Well here it is Wednesday, ready for this?  It fell off the truck.... On further digging, it fell ON the truck and was dented..... If I wasn't so upset about being continually, I could laugh.  Last correspondence.... We credited you yesterday.   Lie!  Called credit card company and Better Business Bureau and starting action against them!  Do NOT use A&R, they are liars and scammers!!!

In November 2012 I bought a hood for my truck. 2 months went by, and still no delivery, in the mean time I called once a week to see the status of my shipment. I was either hung up on or told they could not give me an estimate ship date because it was on their truck. A few weeks later I called and they said the hood was damaged in transit and would refund my money. It is now April and have never been refunded my money. Now its time to get lawyers involved. This company is a FRAUD!

It has been 4 months and I still have not recieved my refund.  I disputed my refund 3 weeks after the motor was to be delivered not 3 days.  Also several phone messages were not returned and in fact I was hung up on twice so don't listen to there comments that it was the customers fault.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING THERE ARE MANY MORE AUTO PARTS OUTLETS AROUND

On February 21, 2013, we ordered a 2010 Chevy bed and paid $3650.  Our check was immediately cashed on 2/22/13.  Once they cashed our check, they did not answer or return our calls.  On 2/26/13, we called from a different number and they did answer.  Andy informed us that the bed was coming from Maine & we should receive it the following week.  Since that conversation, we were not able to reach anyone at A&R.  We contacted Car-Part & spoke to Maryann.  She contacted Anthony, who informed her that the bed was at a loading dock in NJ.  When asked if we could pick it up, we were given another story.  Now, Anthony said his partner took off with all the money.  On March 2, 2013, Anthony told me that he mailed my refund check out.  Today, March 12, 2013, Anthony told me that the refund was coming from his attorney.  The next conversation today with Anthony was that his personal attorney advised him to have me look up RICHARD GRATE 111 in Pottstown, PA.  Richard is the alleged partner that supposedly took the money and ran.  Now, they are again not answering my calls.At this point, I do not care who any of the players are.  I would just like my money refunded to me ASAP.  So, RICHARD GRATE 111 or ANTHONY DIPIERRO, PLEASE CALL ME!  609 567 4936.Thanks,SuzanneT Masters Collision

They are the worst place to purchase anything auto parts body parts, straight thieves. I had purchase parts for a 2004 Chrysler crossfire for 1800 dollars on march ..called on march 12 to cancel the order because rich who is the accouter said it would take 4 to 5 days for the parts to get ready to ship out so i canceled the order an told him to refund me the 1800 dollars back into my account he said its gone take 4to 5 business days for the money to be in the account that dude lied it is now march 19 still i have not recieve the refund i called and left voice messages sent email message an still no response..RICHARD Grate if that's his real name the acounter and bill and the rest of the thieves don't order from them unless you want them to still your money
