        Speaking with him on the phone, he wants to argue about how an estimate is to be done. I was calling HIM to get the estimate. He was telling me that my insurance company does the estimate, when they told me to get an estimate from local places. All that he wanted to do was argue with me. NOT to listen. I would find another place to go.
