        They would not even consider helping us .because we did not have service before .So I went with A much Nicer Better Company .

        I rarely post reviews but I was so thoroughly impressed with the service and experience that I had to post one. I recently moved to the area and needed a refill of oil, they had me on the schedule for the next day. When I couldn't get it started later they sent someone out to bleed it (I had an empty empty tank that caused the problem when refilled) and get it going again. I then had the unfortunate luck to then have the boiler's pressure relief valve blow out that night (the previous owner was a landlord who didn't exactly take care of the house) causing the mess in the picture. I finally called them the next morning after trying to troubleshoot myself and they had a tech out the same day to replace the valve. I'm super happy with the experience and they've gained a loyal customer as long as I live here. thanks
