The people at the front desk were friendly at check-in and check-out. The room had a nice layout and it looked like a new building.
Unfortunately, I could hear a lot of noise from the room next to mine.
I asked at the front desk if I could change rooms, but the hotel was fully booked. The employee at the front desk offered to call and ask the other guests to be quieter, but I didnt notice any difference when I got back to my room.
After the people in the next room went to sleep, it was a pleasant stay. With some acoustic treatment to the walls and doors this place would be great!
Parking was free and easy to find even though they were fully booked.
Rooms: The room was a great size, clean, and equipped with useful amenities like a coffee maker, microwave, and desk with multiple power outlets.
However, it was not easy for me to sleep there due to the amount of sound that came in from other guests. I could clearly hear talking, laughing, coughing, and sneezes, and the TV. My room was an adjoining room and the sound was coming from the room connected to it. It sounded like the other room's TV was mounted directly behind the bed in my room. I wonder if there are other rooms here in a different configuration that dont have the noise issue.
Walkability: I didn't notice any sidewalks along S. R. 0068, so I wouldn't walk to a restaurant or store from the hotel. Some restaurants are a very short drive away.
The hotel is in a development that has office buildings that appear to be part of a health system, so those could be walkable. Another building is under construction next to the hotel, so whatever that is in the future will be walkable as well. The development, including the hotel, sit up on a hill, so it would be a nice place for a stroll.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I think Ive ever had. Every single staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful and I spoke with at least five different people during my stay. I went back-and-forth on whether I needed to stay another night or not due to maintenance being done on my house. At 11:30am I found out my house was ready after I had already said I was going to stay a third night. Since it was before noon, they allowed me to check out without having to pay for the third night. In my haste to pack and get out before noon, I also forgot my phone charger, which they are holding for me until I can get back to pick it up. All of this was done without even the slightest hint of annoyance by the staff. I seriously enjoyed my stay so much and felt so welcome. The room was pristinely clean, the cleaning staff checked on me to make sure I had everything I needed, and I even got to bring my dog. If I am ever in need or want of a hotel room in the area again, this is absolutely where I will stay. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel and their excellent staff. Everyone there should get a raise! Thank you so much to all of you.

This hotel here was very courteous and clean spotless everywhere you looked it looked so neat in absolutely beautiful. The people at the front desk when we arrived at 12:15 a.m. at night they were so nice and courteous and made it so easy for us to just check in and get to our room in able to settle down for the rest of the night they were courteous in the morning when it came to breakfast and making sure everything was taken care of before we even got out there to have breakfast and there was plenty of food for everyone if it ran out they refilled it so quick that it's like it was still there. And will we checked out the lady at the desk said I hope you stay was very well and come back soon. And we said we would when we come back through again. I give this motel 10 stars plus even a hundred stars if it could
Rooms: The rooms here were very clean and nice looking you felt safe as soon as you walk through the front door The food and drink was very good for a continental breakfast plenty of choices between cereal eggs bagels muffins in your orange juice and milk your coffee and all that right there too I give them a hundred stars for everything they did there
