Ashley was absolutely awesome to work with to get a rental for myself to drive around. My boyfriend and I are both active duty Army and we both came back on leave from Germany (I'm going to Ft Riley soon and he's going back to Germany). We tried a couple places at Pitt International and they seemed very quick to give up. We wound up in clarion for camping with family and figured we'd try one more time. Ashley had us set up and on our way in half an hour. Thank you!

Rented a car from the Pittsburgh airport to drive to clarion. Rented it just fine with my debit card and paying a deposit. This place calls me when I reserved another rental and told me that they will not rent me a car without a major credit card. They make their own policy and ignore the corporate policy. This is after they called me to tell me they weren't going to have a car because they are waiting on returns, so short story simple they are making new policies because they don't have any vehicles to rent, so that they don't look bad. They called me back to inform me they will not help me thus leaving me stranded in a small town with no way to get to the airport for my return flight 2 hrs away. This is a crooked company that doesn't care about customer service. My debit card was good the first time to rent from the airport, but oh well screw you buddy on my return trip. Would have been nice to be aware of before traveling 1500 miles and deciding to use this waste of a company's services.
