        Do not seek services from this company. All they do is lie and no communication. Very unreliable. To bad there isn't a minus rating button, I would definitely use it.

        Our daughter is profoundly challenged in every way. We have used Aveanna home health to help care for her and provide us with much needed breaks. She had nursing from 7:30 - 4pm. Five days a week. Although she is approved for 60 hours. Its been difficult to fine regular nursing Monday and Tuesday and now we have none on those days. Our Wednesday Thursday Friday nurse has decided she wants her Fridays off. So we now have Wednesday and Thursday help. Avenna told me at the beginning of the month they had new hires and would send a few for meet and greet. It is now end of month and they havent reached out to us. I have contacted them twice since beginning of the month. This agency does not follow up with what they tell the parents. Not at all. They will tell you what you need to hear and then you will not hear back from them. It is the poorest communication Ive ever seen. Then know we are stuck. Home health care is a joke!!! If you need it you are screwed! From Chambersburg PA
