Summit Roofing

These guys installed vinyl siding on my elderly parents' house in 2016. In 2020, I was on the roof to clean the gutters and noticed unpatched holes all around the perimeter of the roof where they nailed through the shingles to stabilize their scaffolding. When contacted, they came out to patch the holes. Four years later, I was cleaning my parents' gutters again and investigating some water spots on the ceiling and found a framing nail sticking out of the roof with caulk smeared around it. This is just unacceptably sloppy. If you're going to hire this company, I recommend getting something in writing stating that they aren't going to puncture or otherwise damage your roof.

Wow. We had a few areas of damage on a roof that is only 14 years old. Several other companies told us we had to replace the whole roof. Summit was professional and fair and gave us the pros and cons of repair vs replace and said our roof should get another 5 years or more. We decided on repair and Summit did an excellent job. They arrived they day and time they said. The worker that came was very polite and got the job done efficiently and properly. They were very reasonably priced and professional. We will be using them when it’s time to replace.

I contacted Summit over Memorial day weekend during Covid-19. I got a quick/professional response from Sarah and she was able to fit me in the Tuesday after the holiday. Danial Came out first thing in the morning, was super friendly and took the time to explain things thoroughly. Great company, would recommend them any day!

I have only good things to say about Summit Roofing and Home Advisor. I put in an inquiry for a leak in my roof on a Friday evening. I never expected a response before Monday. Vince at Summit called less than an hour after submitting the request. He came out on Saturday. He gave me the estimate, which was reasonable, and said he could come back later that day to do the work. So he got the job. He was very professional. He took pictures of the roof on his phone both before and after. He also took care of some other potential problems. I would highly recommend Summit Roofing.
