After moving into our new home we found a furnace service invoice from jj Powell our furnace was acting strange so we called them cause we liked the price on the invoice. The tech bled the line and told us he figured it would cost the same if at all anything because it was the same issue they had just treated. When I got the bill it was nearly triple! Our furnace encountered the same issue and when I called for an emergency repair they told me I had to pay the bill plus 4 times the bill in cash if I wanted service. I was so offended I hung up and learned how to do what the tech did. Never met a company as ignorant on the phone no call has ever gone without a secretary being rude or borderline disrespectful when you ask questions we paid our bill and we will not be giving them future work.
