St. Luke's Dermatology - Center Valley

I scheduled an appointment in August 2023 for March 13, 2024, visit. That appointment was canceled the week before. Next appointment was for Sept 2024 but now they closed the Quakertown office. I must travel to center valley now and cannot get an earlier appointment. This is ridiculous. Very disappointed in St Luke's. I thought they were better, but I guess not. Will try to find another Dermatologist office that cares.

Gosh, Im really tired of the continuous difficulty of this place. For my first visit, I made it clear that I needed a female provider due to religious reasons. I do not intend to undress any part of my body for a male. So guess what- they gave me a male provider which I find out after they had me waiting for TWO HOURS. I was incredibly upset with this as I didnt get the care that I needed in addition to being made to wait an egregious amount of time with young children. Only my nurse felt bad for the mistake, the main ladies in the office didnt feel bad at all. This male doctor also gave me meds that made my issues worsen Second time went fine, thanks for the female provider I finally got. She said the male provider shouldnt have given me those meds. Turns out, hes not as well versed in the biology of females and their hormones- which is concerning for a doctor who should know both. To schedule the third visit, they told me they didnt have the schedule for the female provider for the new year so I had to keep calling back for about 3 months until it was available. After which, my appointment was for 3 months after the call. My follow up was supposed to be 3 months after my *visit*. Someone just called today telling me theyre cancelling my appointment! She was rude, and began the call by not even attempting to say my name. I get I dont have a common name, but its exactly as its spelled and its pretty rude to purposely leave out the last letters of the name because you dont even want to try. Id rather you try and get it wrong than to act as though my name isnt worthy of saying because its different than yours. Some diversity and professionalism training is called for in this office. Ive given this office too many chances and Im done. I hope others stray away from this office and find a place with more professionalism and kindness. For whoever responds to these one star reviews with the same comment, let me answer you now before you post- no I will not email or call to discuss this further. You have all the information needed here. Im not going to put in any more effort in order to potentially speak to more rude employees. Do better.

My journey with St. Lukes dermatology started a few weeks back. I called for an appointment and the scheduler was absolutely helpful . I was able to get in within a week at the Anderson campus, that was my first appointment. I didnt wait long. The MA was friendly and definitely made me feel comfortable! Follow up was at the center valley campus. My experience was absolutely incredible! Staff was friendly, wait time was short. Dr. Blake Brooks is sweet, caring and overall nice! She took her time addressing my issue and listened to my concerns. This office definitely deserves 5 stars!

Very polite, friendly place staffed by very competent dermatologists and their staff. Must make an appt. To be seen.

my other half was seen there 2 weeks ago and his legs look amazing we had seen wound care and multiple doctors to no avail this practice is beyond amazing im a retired nurse and have been at my wits end trying everything to heal his legs thank you so much the best
