Luke and Kwame helped me out alot. This was my first experience buying a car and I was nervous cause I didn't know what I was doing. But these two guys got me comfortable in a 2010 Dodge Avenger! Anyone looking to purchase a first vehicle I recommend this place!

It was awful. Cuz I called down explain to the guy didn't want to come down here for nothing if I didn't qualify for an upgrade, like y'all kept calling me and saying so I go down there and get turned down. So as far as rating i - 10

Gave Carhop 1 star as that's the lowest possible score to give them. Buyers beware!!!! Financed a car through then in July of 2019, less than a week later the car started having issues. This car has been in the shop well over 15 times since July. I have never missed a payment but because i changed my job, they are refusing to put me in another car, knowing that this car is not safe to drive. UNBELIEVABLE! Chris at the Carnegie location has gone above and beyond to help. The finance company not so much. I would definitely go to another dealership for a safe reliable vehicle.
