      image Misleading information provided on wait time. I called prior to see if they were busy and was told they were moving through fairly quickly. Ended up having to wait 3.5 hours. The issue is not the people at the shop, who are very kind. The issue is the call center that you are automatically routed to is out of touch with what is actually happening at the shop. Therefore they are providing false information, which leads to negative results for both customer and in-person employees.
