This is an incredibly unique café offering healthy, organic, gluten-free, vegan, and generally "green," items that actually taste great! Famous for their smoothies, but the entire menu from from salads and wraps to the baked goods (try the power bars and lemon cookies!) is delicious. The location is perfect right in downtown Carlisle, PA on Pomfret St. They have free wifi, indoor and outdoor tables, and plenty of comfortable places to kick back with your snack and laptop and get some work done. Stop in and ask the friendly owner for a tour of the historic building (an AFP Rental). Hot? Go get a smoothie. Cold? go get a coffee/tea/hot chocolate. You can't miss at this healthful downtown Carlisle restaurant!

The service was terrible the day I was there. The counter lady was like I gotta make 30 smoothies do you need your food now or can I make those smoothies first...huh? I mean why didn't you tell me that before I ordered not after I had paid for the food. Glad my sister was there she was like 'no we don't mind waiting just make my nephew's kid meal first. So she did. After 40 mins she finished her smoothies and brought us our drinks. 30 minutes pass and we don't get our food. So I finally ask her if there was a problem and she says 'oh shoot I forgot, that was my mistake.' I asked for my money back because we had to go and would no longer have time to eat it but she insisted she could have it done in a minute. She took 4 minutes to make the sandwiches. Why the hell didn't she just make our whole order before the 30 smoothies she had to make. It's not like those ppl were waiting at the place. When she finished their smoothies she called them to come pick them up. I mean you really had to ask if we wanted our food right then? The order which took you about 10 minutes to make all together?! Uh no actually I always want to wait over an hour for my sandwich (which was nasty, btw). Also the scent of chai was so strong I got nauseated. Not to mention it was very expensive. Just awful.

Excellent smoothies. My "picky" son loved them. Sandwiches were great too.
