Howard Johnson Inn Carlisle PA

Terrible!!! Pretty sure this place is closed for good now, probably condemned by the department of public safety. Looks like a backdrop for a walking dead episode. They should bulldoze this place to the ground.

Worst Customer service. The guy at the front desk is the most rudest person I have ever seen. I made a reservation over the phone and showed up at the hotel only to find out there was NO rooms available. Added to it, they also processed my transaction and it showed up on my credit card transaction. They did not respond properly when I called them up about this issue. If you are a psychopath serial killer or a man-eater I would definitely recommend this place for you. If you are a family or looking for a decent stay overnight for a reasonable price, I recommend EconoLodge just in that neighbourhood. Dont ever go to Knights Inn / Howard Johnson Inn.

I really enjoyed my week end stay !!very clean,Very convenient... Except for the rude guy in the cafeteria ! June was very helpful and by far the nicest person there !!!

We normally stay here every year for The Chrysler at Carlisle show, This last time I had stained towels(yellow not white) and sheets. Wallpaper peeling from the walls. Outlets that didn't work. A rude front desk and I rent 3 rooms at $149 a night plus tax. I'm staying somewhere else this year. It's really gone downhill under the new management.
