There were NO cashiers this morning. If the plan is to force customers to use self checkout, please tell me now and I will find another store. I have zero interest self checking out a full cart of groceries.

Trexlertown, Pa store #6457 I purchased 2% milk on Jan 19th, dated Feb 2nd and it was spoiled. I returned it the same day. I purchased another one and that was bad. I took that one back on the 20th and got another one same date. Opened that on the 21st and that was bad. Called the store on the 22nd and when I mentioned the milk the girl said is it the 2% and said we had a lot of issues just bring it back. I asked her why they don't pull it off the shelf and she said there was more good milk then bad. How do they know how many people just threw it out. So I had to run back to the store 3 times. Temperatures were in the low teens and single digits I am on a cane, So much for quality control and customer service.

Store # 6504 in East Stroudsburg PA is a disgrace in comparison to when it first opened. My coffee brand can't no longer be found although I bought here for a long time.
The fresh produce like kale spinach, artichokes are old and wilted. Today there wasn't any bulk garlic,nor shallots available.
The price tags never matched all the products at the time of checkout. Last week there was a tag for a bag of mini peppers that said $3.49 for a 10oz, and all the bags were 12oz. Today some of the mini cucumbers were rotting, yet still on the shelf for sale.
About a month ago I requested a second Giant card for my husband, I am still waiting..
I downloaded the app on my cell only to find out that the coupons won't upload unless you do it 24 hours before you shop.
The lady at the customer service desk is short and dry, almost rude.
Shame on you Giant!!! No customer attention, no attention to what you are selling but big profits for your corporation!!!!

In the Bartonsville, Pa I wanted to buy some clams that were in the seafood section. While there were 3 associates working in the area, none of them came to assist me. I opened the glass case a took out 2 packages of clams which were at the very end of the case. They were prepackaged and priced. As I walked away from the case, I was accosted by an employee named Thomas who started yelling at me, saying that I could not open the case without permission and take the clams out. I explained that I had stood at the seafood counter waiting for someone to help me for 10 minutes and no came. He proceeded to yell while standing very close to me in a very threatening manner. I was embarrassed and appalled that he would approach me this way. There would of been a more customer friendly way to approach me to get his message across. I have shopped at this store since moving to the area in 2004. Until now I have had positive experiences with store associates. Thomas should not be working anywhere near customers. He is rude, threating and intimidating. I will no longer go anywhere near the meat or seafood counter. In fact I will probably change stores.
