I booked a last minute massage online and hit the jackpot with Gina. Not only was it a great massage, but she had such a good vibe. I loved the her personality showed through in how her room was set-up. Will definitely be back.

Tranquility was my first ever Spa experience. Customer service is top tier! They were so welcoming. Walking into the massage room , I didnt know what to expect but Jennifer did her thing ! Next was my facial and it was amazing. My face still feels refreshed ! Then onto my manicure and pedicure, Taylor was amazing! She has great communication skills and is very good at building conversation! Then lastly onto the salt cave! What a great atmosphere to just sit back and relax listening to the spa music . If you are feeling hesitant when picking a spa , Tranquility is your best bet! Thank you for making my birthday special

My experience here happened probably a year ago.. If I could put less than 1, I would. I was recommended to try this place out, at first it was great. But the things the girl would use did burn but i thought that was normal, and now I was told by a professional nothing should burn! And if it does, its applied the wrong way or the chemical being used isnt suppose to be on your toes. Than the girl said we should take off the gel and use regular nail polish, to give my toes a break. I was like okay, yk I trust you know what you're doing. Well first it BURNED so badly when she was removing everything, it was so painful. Than she put regular polish on, I sat for like 15 minutes and she said I'm good to go! I pay, I get into my car and I have nail polish all over my other toes.. I noticed after I had put my one sock on my other foot and before I put my other sock on. I had nail polish ALL over my toes and it was poorly done and smudged. I walked back in and asked for a refund because my nail polish was ruined. Now they did give me a refund, I will give them props for that. But please please beware of chemicals being used on your toes, my toes were burning so badly and I didn't have any cuts on them either. About a week later guess what?... MY TOENAILS FELL OFF!!! I was walking around the house cleaning and I felt stuff in my socks, it was my TOENAILS. And now they grew back awful because of infection and chemical burns This is my experience, I'm not accusing them of using anything they shouldn't be but again be careful.
