Running 45 minutes behind appointment time, which is typical for Drs offices. Opthalmologist was very thorough and gave me best options for saving money, am at fine line between needing bifocals. But he chose to go less expensive route, which I appreciated, even though I have eye care insurance. My major complaint was 45 minutes past appointment time, but this also suggests Dr is taking time to review each individual case and wants your vision as close as possible for 20/20 vision. Dr definitely needs another opthalmologist on site to help with patient flow.

Contrary to these other reviews, I didn't have a bad experience. Really I just needed a token eye exam so that I could get a refill on contact lenses. The assistants were very friendly and courteous, and the optometrist seemed competent. Got what I came for, and have no complaints! That said, if you think you have serious eye issues I'd aim a little higher, but this place is great for what it is!

Well it was quite interesting when I went in for my eye exam after work dressed in business attire the receptionist was very kind to me. The day that I picked up my glasses it was my day off and I was dressed in jeans and t shirt, my husband was with me and he too was in jeans and a t-shirt. My husband's has a few tattoos on his arms as well. On this particular day the receptionist was rude to both my husband and I. This is the second time my husband had encountered this type of treatment from the same receptionist. They also had called me to come in for my glasses and when I showed up the receptionist rudely said that they is not anything here for you, 10 minutes later she walks over to me with just glass lenses for frames and told me I did not order glasses and that is all that was there for me. I showed her the receipt for a new pair of glasses that o had purchased along with new lenses that were to be put in a frame that I had from before so that I would have 2 pairs. She preceded to be annoyed with me even though I had spend $400.00 in their store on glasses. It took 45 minutes to pick up my glasses when they called me to tell me that they were ready. Another woman came over and put the lenses in my old frames which they finally found along with giving me my new pair. It was quite interesting how differently I was treated according to my attire and having my husband present who has tattoos. Let me also add the first day that o went in for my eye exam the receptionist who is also the one who takes you back to help check your eyes made a remark about people with tattoos. After this experience I have switched to the eye doctor on York Rd.
