Our old microwave broke a week before Thanksgiving. We tried a big box store and their install time was at least 2 months! Don’s Appliance not only had the microwave we wanted, but delivered and installed 2 days later on a Sunday! The installers were courteous, knowledgeable and fast. 5 stars all around!

The staff here blows away the big box stores! The sales staff knowledge of the product is great. The price is the same as and the delivery guys are the best.

When my washer broke a week ago, I thought I would be in for a long wait to replace it. I went to the Cannonsburg store where the salesman,Troy, showed me what was in stock. I decided on a LG front loader because of it being made in the US and great warranty. I was amazed that it could be delivered the next day.
The delivery crew, Leo and Anel, were beyond amazing! My old washer had broken during a cycle spilling water everywhere so it could not be completely drained. It was also located on a lower level accessed by 13 steps. That old washer was very heavy and probably the worst removal they ever did but the crew took it all in stride. They were fast, professional and good natured about it all.
I’ve had my washer for a week and love it! My whole experience with Don’s Appliances Cannonsburg was above and beyond expectations and will definitely buy from them again.
