        Spring 2022 I ordered a photo button of my son's track pictures. I have emailed them many, many times and have yet to hear anything or receive the button. It is March 2023.

        It is extremely difficult to reach anyone at this company. I've left two voice messages, sent two emails, and completed the online form, each time, including all necessary information. I'll update this review if I ever do hear from them. UPDATE: After a few weeks, I did hear from them and I was able to purchase my child's photos. After a few more weeks, I received the email with the link to download them. In summary: Good photos. Terrible service. If your school district uses Redford Photography, you don't have a choice - Just know what to expect!

        I am still waiting on my childs photo from spring of 2022. After leaving multiple voice messages with my info, I have yet to receive a call back to fix my issue. Also I have now emailed 2 times with no resolve!

        Ordered pictures back in May and email communication has stopped. Still waiting! Seems normal from the last few reviews Edit: its been 2 weeks and no reply to the 2 emails I sent.
