        Do NOT go here to get new tips put on your pool sticks. Did not remove the excess width off the tip to make it flush with the shaft and did not shape it at all on the stick. Kind of hard to get a good shaping on a tip without a lathe which is why it should be done in house. Also glue residue was left on the ferrule. For being a pool shop you'd think they know how to install a tip properly

        Brought two pool cues in for new tips to be put on. Got both cues back just to see that the ferrule was shaved down along with the tip on both of them. I had no words for how bad it looked. I complained on the spot and the worker tried brushing it off. If you have any cue that you care about, don't get it re-tipped here.

      Thank you for the message - The tips always get shaved an if you ferrule have been abused when we cut the tips in it takes the imperfection out of the ferrule.
