Avoid this "business" at all costs. The owner was argumentative, unable to complete the job, ignored me when I asked for a refund, and declined my asking for a full refund until I had to threaten legal action. His website states "Honest, Reliable and Dependable. If we don't fix it, you don't pay!", yet I encountered exactly the opposite. He gave me back a broken computer then proceeded to tell me he resents the fact that I asked for a refund when he didn't fix the problem. Apparently he was under the assumption he should be compensated for trying? Completely out of touch with reality and has no customer service abilities whatsoever.
