I have been working with Cara Boyanowski with Cognetti & Associates. A divorce and custody process is not fun for anyone, and Cara has kept me grounded throughout an emotional process. Cara has offered very sound advice and has been very upfront about things to come and the next moves. She is very down to earth and direct, which I appreciate even when she has to tell me things that I don't necessarily want to hear. I would recommend Cara and Cognetti & Associates to anyone who is facing this unfortunate process.

Cognetti Law Group was recommended to me by a friend who is a lawyer, and it turned out to be very good advice. Attorney Boyanowski listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions promptly. She was extremely efficient and knowledgeable about every detail encountered. I felt that she was genuinely concerned about me and that I was well taken care of. All of the staff at the firm were very professional and helpful. I would rate my experience with this firm as an A+.

While no attorney can change certain ugly facts about a situation, it's almost imperative to have someone on your side who exhibits an appreciable level of humanity when it comes to family law. Cara represented me during multiple custody conferences in a relatively short time frame and was continuously responsive to my concerns and empathetic while at the same time capable of helping me maintain a straightforward approach. She also helped me avoid what I believe would have been protracted litigation and we ultimately achieved an acceptable solution. I hate to have to recommend a counselor to anyone whose case has escalated beyond a particular degree of absurdity based on the mere fact that such a situation has to be faced; that said, I personally don't think I could have asked for better representation.

Searching for a divorce attorney is difficult and stressful. I was fortunate to have a conversation with an attorney that practiced divorce law out of state so I asked her what I should look for. She suggested that I look for an attorney with AAML (American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers) credentials. After searching the AAML website I was surprised to find fewer than 30 AAML lawyers there were in the whole state of Pennsylvania. I contacted Cognetti law and after my first consultation I was confident that I found what I was looking for. Cognetti is logical, systematic, and analytical yet she has the ability to simplify the divorce process. Cognetti seamlessly answers every question I have without needing to get back to me. Her experience is immediately self evident. It is refreshing to experience an attorney that is great listener, courteous, and one that has the grit to get the job done! I believe an attorneys support staff can make a huge difference especially in a divorce. They are very responsive addressing any communications and addressing my concerns. Cognettis support staff is talented, experienced, and professional, couldnt ask for more!
