I can't brag enough about this place. This was my very 1st visit and I walked in with a total MESS of a wig and I wish I had taken a before n after picture. Connie worked magic and I walked out more pleased than I can express. Connie's personality only adds to the pleasant visit. I also must add that Connie didn't try n rush through just because she was busy. She made sure I was happy before she wrapped up. I for sure will be going back! Also, Becky is a HOOT!

I am very disappointed with our purchase in this place. My daughter had brain surgery last Feb. so she had all her hair shaved. We went to this place thinking they could help us get her a nice wig. The owner totally took advantage of us. She charged us $2,831 and asked to pay the whole amount right away before she even ordered it in China. it took them 12 weeks to arrive. When it finally arrived We were not happy the way the wig was made. The cap is so bulky and heavy and the bangs looks so unnatural that my daughter refused to wear it but we cannot return the wig because it was custom made. Plus the owner asked us to pay some more for shampooing and styling it on my daughters head. The wig is totally different from the original catalog that she showed us when were selecting the wig. It was totally a ripoff. My daughter even prefer to wear the one that we bought from a local wig store that cost only $31.99. We feel that we were robbed. The owner of that place took advantage of our ignorance, but at least I can say this her staff in that place like Becky is very nice. So the wig that we bought there for $2831 Plus $90 for styling was all wasted. Sorry I cannot recommend that place to anyone. I dont want them to be taken advantaged by Connie.
