I have ordered from this place many times because it’s close to my work and they deliver and actually have really good marinara sauce . So even though every time I say I’ll never order from them again I always do. But never ever again!! Not only do they always charge me for extra dressings or sauce but they never bring it with my food, one time they were over 2 hours late delivering my food ( my lunch break was way past over with and almost time for me to clock out to go home) but this time after forgetting part of my order the driver who said she was the owner said there was no charge for it. Only to check my bank account 2 days later and find she did in fact charge me . Now I didn’t ask for free food or expect it but don’t tell someone their food is free and then run their card anyway! Who does that!?! Their food may be good but not great and their service and attitudes about how to treat customers and lack of caring is aweful!!!!

Writing 2 separate reviews....food....staff... The food is what took us there in the first place. We knew what we wanted when we walked in the door. The first half our party arrived early and were seated. The second half came in, spotted the first and seated themselves. We all sat there for an additional 17 minutes before my mom, on Mother's Day, got up and started getting us drinks, out of annoyance, due to the fact that the owner stood at the table beside us, with her back to us the entire time, who was doing the same thing when we arrived 22 mins prior. She turned and looked at us 3 times in that 22 mins, but took no action; Just continued her conversation with her husband's family. My mom finally asked one of the waitresses who our waitress was and she said Im not sure but I'll go find out. She came back a few mins later and said Gracie is your waitress and she will be out in a few mins. Gracie came out and took our orders, mentally, and went to place the order. By this time it was 547. We had already been there for almost an hour, got our own drinks and had just placed our order. Another 25 mins passes as we anxiously wait for our food and half of our orders came out, all wrong. Another 7 mins passes before the second half came out. Again, incorrectly. If you're keeping track....we are at over an hour now and just getting food, prepared incorrectly. My brother got upset, to put it lightly. He tried to have a decent conversation with the owner, who promptly got in his face, pointing fingers and yelling over the whole table. Claiming that she did the best she could and how dare we get upset. She called the police and gave them my moms license plate number, only to call them after they left, and told them they didnt need to come. My husband, kids and I sat there and finished our dinners and gave Gracie her tip. My oldest went up to talk to Gracie, whom she is friends with, to apologize, and the owner again came out and joined in to their conversation, making excuses and placing blame on her paying customers. I walked up as we were leaving to apologize too and the owner then said "let me tell you. I have the flu. And seriously this is just...we had avery good day. Good service and smooth and you came in on our shift change. I saw that you were seated so i assumed, yes i assumed, that someone was helping you...." she continued but at that point i had turned off my listening ears because she said she assumed, and you know what happens when you assume...anyways, she rambled on making excuses and placing blame on her customers, rather than accepting that she was wrong. We still paid full price for all of our food and drinks. No respectable place of business would, A. treat their customers that way, and would never expect them to pay full price for food they waited over an hour for and got incorrectly in the first place, and B. have better customer service responses. We will never again give her our service. I wish her luck, but with an attitude and service like that, she'll flop just like the owners before her.
