Lawrence M. Kenney DMD

I have nothing against Dr. Kenney.  As far as I can tell he is a good dentist.  My problem is with the secretarial staff.  They had to cancel my appointment, no problem, doctors get sick.  But the lady who rescheduled me said we don't make Wednesday appointments for what my son needed done.  But then she said there is one Wednesday we can fit him in because there are no sedations that day.  I made the appointment and showed up only to be told my son was scheduled on a different day. I explained to the lady the phone call I had and that I knew for sure it was a Wednesday appointment.  I also told her how I traveled 45 mintues to get there.  I was made to feel the problem was all with me when I know it wasn't.  I was told to come back for the Thursday appointment.  I said cancel it because I am not traveling this far again.  I was hoping the next day I would get a call from the scheduler apologizing for the error.  I never received that phone call.

FYI Dr. Kenney retired and the office is now closed.

I have always been very please with how friendly the staff is at Lawrence Kenney's office. I recommend him all the time to other parents.

Horrible! I call in to schedule an appointment for my 2 sons. I am standing in front of my calendar on my fridge and write down the day and time of appointment as this woman is telling me what it is.. My son is terrified of the dentist even tho he's been going there since age of 1.. Ps.. they really don't help a child that's fearful.. they pretty much do nothing.. anyways.. My son has been upset and freaking out cuz he has to go.. I go pick up my other son from school and go to their appointment.. Lady lookes for their names and is like they arnt scheduled for today.. I have them for May 2nd.. we haven't had any opening for months now for April. I told the lady I called in 3 weeks ago and this is the day and time they scheduled me for.. Well she goes on to say the same thing.. we don't have any openings in April and blah blah. Not once did she apologize for them messing up. Only solution she had was.. " My next available appointment is May 2nd at 2pm" If that was your next available then y did u tell me that was when my appointment was?? I am pissed beyond believe that they mess up. And don't care to fix THEIR MISTAKE! Or even apologize! Obviously u don't care about ur patients!! Could've talked to Dentist and see if they could be squeezed it! My one son takes 2sec cuz he's so scared! Waiting room had one boy in it! Ur not packed! Not to worry there are plenty of dentists offices that don't treat their patients like crap! But very unprofessional! Maybe someone needs to go to school to learn to read a calendar!??!
