On plan for 1 week and 2 days and lost 8 lbs. her food and the accountability factor is everything. this is a good program for me because I need better food choices and I need to weigh myself and input that information into the computer. Thanks Dr. Constable

I finally listened to my cardiologist and knew I needed to drop weight. The cardiologist referred me to Dr Constable. I have been seeing Dr Constable for a little over 3 months and I have safely lost about 30 pounds by changing what I eat and drink. When I note concerns, Dr Constable offers me tips - topics like eating while vacationing or 'nervous eating' or dining out or alcohol consumption. The office stocks a set of snacks that you can buy. I thought I could get these same items cheaper online - nope, Dr Constable has the lowest price on those!  I am feeling better and I have dropped 2 pants sizes - and I plan to continue.

I accompanied a family member to their appointment with this doctor.  The first appointment she charged $325 for a 15 minute consult.  When we arrived for the follow up appointment schedueld at 6pm the waiting room was full of people and the receptionist informed us that there were 5 more people in front of us who still had not been seen.  When we asked how this was possible she I informed us that the doctor schedules people every 15 minutes and often gets very far behind.  This is the most unprofessional and unethical thing I have ever witnessed from a health care professional.  It is very obvious that she cares less a lot the people she is treating and more about making as much money as possible from as many people as she can.  This physician should be ashamed of herself.
