        The young bartender, I think someone called her Jess, needs a lesson on customer service. Never checked in once to see if I needed a drink or wanted to order food. I went to the bar numerous times to try and get service. Ordered food, she didn’t bother to see if I needed silverware or ketchup, so I did without. I can’t believe the owners allow their bartender to have a “I don’t care” attitude. Was hoping this would be a new go-to spot for my friends and I. Nope, not going back to a place that doesn’t care about customers unless you’re a “regular” already.
