Albright billed a different vision insurance than the vision one I provided them "because both came up in the system." Please be aware when you go to this office that you apparently must tell them which insurance *not* to bill. I didn't know they could bill an insurance whose info I didn't provide them. Kriss told me it was my fault for not telling them what insurance *not to use. I am disappointed because the insurance info I provided them is the one I wanted to use. Then I spent much time searching for an eye doctor's office that uses the insurance that I thought had not been used, not knowing I needed to call offices under my other insurance.

Everyone here is great, from the front desk to the docs, to the folks who help with the glasses. Nice selection of glasses, friendly environment, no long waits.

Albright Opticians stock a nice selection of up-to-date frames. They are attentive and helpful without being overbearing. My flex spending account was unavailable while the company that administrates the plan worked out an IT problem with my card. Albright patiently held the frame I chose while awaiting the go-ahead to run the card. They were also aware of my insurance plan and help me best utilize the funds available. At pickup they noticed a very minute scuff to the frame which was not readily apparent to me, ordered a replacement frame, texted me when it arrived and promptly switched it out for the new one. Great service!
