The provider is very good and proactive hence the 1 star. However, i had an appointment for 11am and got there 11.15am. The lady at the front desk was rude and told me i had passed the 15min window. I explained to her about how i was still within the window as stated by her earlier. I went as far as explaining to her i came all the way from newjersey and my google map took me somewhere else. She was mean and kept on saying i had to re-schedule as the provider would not see me. She didnt even care to listen to what i had to say or check with the provider to see if she could take me. This is the worse way to treat a patient. I would no longer be returning here as they do not have regard for their patients. Also, do not waste your time going here.

I loved this place at first but since the original provider (Bonny Hodges) left, the service has deteriorated. Although I have an upcoming appointment I am unable to message anyone or request prescription refills in My Chart and no one ever answers the phone. I left a message last week but no one has returned the call and they will not respond to the pharmacy to refill a prescription. I am now out of my medicine - I guess Ill have to go there and demand that the prescription be refilled since they wont answer the phone or return a message.

Useless garbage. I am a member of Main Line Health for full disclosure. I went here due to the possibility of an ear infection on 8/30/22. After a $75 dollar copay for expedited service, I suppose, (normally $10.00), I encountered an incredibly rude nurse-praticioner/ doctor (I must admit im not sure which profession she belonged to). This woman was rude and was bottom of the barrel in terms of health-care. Here we are, in a modern facility, and there was no adequate services provided. Very disappointing and I would have rather visited some sort of Patient First or Minute Clinic.
