I never ever leave reviews but the receptionist is extremely rude. She went as far as “I don’t understand the point of this phone call if you understand your lab results†I was just confirming with her that I understood the results. She told me the wrong information in the first place which is why I was confused. Terrible customer service.

ridiculous experience, privacy violations at every step. My ,mom had MRI appt. while in the room, I waited in anteroom for her. At one point, another nurse knocked on the door, I let her in, she had a piece of paper, a report of some kind, I asked if it was pertaining to the current patient in the MRI room (my mother), she said no, she just had to get it off of her desk. With a chuckle, she said don't look at it as she placed it on the keyboard. What? Clearly another patients personal info. Shortly after that, one of the techs came out and said "did your mother hurt her neck?" I said no, but she has had several concussions, she off-handedly said "oh ok I thought I saw something" What? Approaching 4pm, the other tech came out of MRI room into anteroom and started taking the trash bags out of the two trash receptacles. Not gloved, nor did she wash her hands after replacing the trash bags. What? Mumbling something about how they have to do that because noone else was allowed in the room. What? When done, my mother was rushed out of the room with her draws barely zipped and shoes barely on. While trying to dress, the tech explained that a doc may look at the results that eve or maybe tomorrow. She explained that it depended on whether or not her prescribing doc had paid for the same computer software as their centers software. What? I asked her to clarify. The Main Line Health Neuro doc wouldn't be able to review the test sooner unless he paid for some kind of software? What? ABSURD. Lastly, when checking in, the acoustics were so poor, we literally were screaming at each other, while clearly hearing everyone else checking in "private" info. We mentioned this to the receptionist who rolled her eyes and agreed. Oh, and when trying to pay the fee, the cc machine did not work, even after she repeatedly unplugged and plugged in again. She said we could pay cash but they didn't give change. What? In closing, the facility main entrance is nearly impossible to access, the parking lot had no proper directional signs, so we drove around the rather dangerous lot for some time before finding it. They did not appear understaffed, just no protocols followed. The new place clearly opened before they can safely care for their patients. The experience made me oddly embarrassed to be from DELCO.

They moved the entrance with horrible signage to find your way, wandered around for 15 minutes finally got back in my car and found this new entrance, on to have to register with a person at a window, after I took the time to pre-register yesterday then to be told I’m 15 minutes late and won’t be seen! Won’t be coming back here! Poor system

I came about my neck pain. I waited in another urgent care center for 2 hours. I raced up there in a thunderstorm for help . The front staff was nice but the doctor was rude and unsympathetic to me. Furthermore it was closing time and I was rushed out before I could talk to a manager. It's behavior like that that makes me afraid to go to a doctor period
