        We were WOWED by the excellent customer service, expertise and especially the care that Chris and Rich gave us with The Floor Source. We are elated with our new floating vinyl living room and kitchen floors, that we invited them back to install our new carpet in our master bedroom as well! Terrific company, fantastic products, friendly and caring staff! We couldn't have asked for anything more! Thank you to the entire Floor Source Family!         I can't say enough good things about our experience at The Floor Source. We needed all the flooring replaced in our house - tile, hardwood and carpet but were a bit overwhelmed by all the choices in the showroom. Jordon really helped us out and we had soon made our selections and had a plan for installation. Guess what, all the installers turned up when they said they would, they were friendly, helped with moving the heavy furniture, finished when they said they would and the finished result looks fantastic. Thanks Jordon, Toby(?) and Dylan on tile, Chris on hardwood and Chris and Rich on carpet!

        Had several challenges after a water heater failure. We were referred to the Floor Source by the mitigation contractor who had positive experiences with them previously. They arranged for removal of damaged wood flooring and did a fine job replacing damaged (almost new) carpet padding, sheet vinyl that was damaged during the water mitigation efforts and installing new tile in the kitchen. Jon was a pleasure to work with and all of the crew were skilled and hard-working.
