        I've been getting routine eye care since my teenage years, so I'm very familiar with the process. I've been to many eye care places. This is by far one of the best eye exams I've ever had. The doctor took his time, thoroughly checked my eyes, explained everything, answered all my questions, and was very friendly. I'm very happy with the care I received here. My contacts fit great & my vision is excellent.

        Very bad experience from the start. Receptionist and the gentleman who fixes and tries on glasses are not welcoming. Gentleman is very snippy and condescending. Doesnt realize that he is dealing with the public and not his children. I am a black man And hopefully his attitude was not due to racist motivations. He needs to step up his professionalism about 5 notches. Very disappointed in this eyeglass shop

        I called for an exam for my son. They were so please t on the phone. I got an appointment that day. All the staff wear friendly and welcoming. Such a breath of fresh air from the large chains!!
