A follow up review. Jamie Hornstein and his installation crew did a great job installing the 26kw Generac, after navigating the permit process for me. Cant recommend them enough! I highly recommend Harris Comfort for home generators (Generac). Tom Christie assessed my home's needs and provided a detailed quote in a timely fashion. He was great to work with on this major purchase. The support team at Harris was also easy to deal with, including installation scheduling and propane delivery. Right from the start this company was great. They returned phone calls, were on time for the estimate appointment, got an estimate quickly and was even earlier to install than originally expected. Installation team was at the house right at 730am as promised and they were a great group of guys. Explained everything, clean, professional and cleaned up their work area. They were friendly and all seemed to really enjoy working with each other. Glad I have chosen this local family business.

Harris sold and installed a Generac standby generator for us. The whole process from initial quote to final installation was professional and caring. I would recommend them highly to anyone thinking about this major purchase.

We've been a homeowner for 30 years at the same location inBristol PA. We needed to replace our entire oil heater system with a 40 gallon water tank plus our oil tank. They were all 30 years old because we replaced everything when we purchased the home. When I first contacted Harris Comfort togetaquote, they told me that they don't do Oil Tanks. At first, I was disappointed because I thought I would have to deal with another contractor which is sometimes a nightmare. But immediately, I felt comfortable becauseI could respect a company that knew its limitations and perfected the business model they serviced. Nobody can do everything in this new labor market since Covid. And without Harris Comfort, I wouldn't have found a remarkable oil tank replacement vendor named PTE in Fairless Hills PA. Even though the secondary vendor was not key to our decision on an oil heater vendor, it certainly helped that Lou at PTE informed us like no other vendor about an oil tank. Yes, there is actually more than just an "oiltank" and you'll know when you deal withatruespecialist. Exactly like Harris Comfort knows how to specialize in their business model. Sadly, we all experienced horrible vendors out there that don't give you any information when you need to make an educated decision. Harris Comfort informs you and educates you so youcan make an informed decision. We didn't know how good Harris Comfort was until they came out to give us a quote to replace our 30 year old system. First, John was so easy to talk with. He didn't try to push more than we needed like our former service partner of over 25 years. John gave us information that we were never informed about likeour chimney care. Even though Harris Comfort doesn't do chimney service, at least they informed us unlike our annual service partner of over25 years. We did have another quote with the same exact heater model but that vendor tried pushing the oil tank and chimney service. The other vendor low balled the price of the oil tank and chimney service to get our heater business. Yet again another reason why I liked Harris Comfort and their business model to specialize and perfect their business model to an art. The installers Jessie and Heath were phenomenal. They cared so much for our home and kept us informed throughout the process. And even though we had an extremely small room for them to work, they managed to make more room for the futureservice technicians to work. Even knowing that Harris Comfort includes2 years of annual service withour new purchase, we plan on staying with them for another 25 years or longer. That was a part of our overall decision making processthat we would use the installer as our future annual maintenance and oil deliveries. I really hope you try Harris Comfort. To ouradvantage, they were also the cheapest on the overall purchase of all of our components and provided much more compared to other quotes. And we did not make the decision based on price. As I mentioned, we felt extremely comfortable after talking with their representative John Zadareky at Harris Comfort. And the entire company did much much more than we expected. Now I also understand their line at the end of their quote. "The Installation is Key!". As a new customer of Harris Comfort, I believe that 100%.
