Hi Chanel Wiggins, During the time that you called to place your order, we were very busy and was waiting on the phone to end so we could attend to the customers in the store. We had to hang up so we could keep business moving and not have people stuck waiting on the call. There were several people waiting to use their card, but the phone line has the same connection as the machine, so people were waiting on the call to end and there were also several people in the store waiting to place in their order. While we were on the phone with you, you were unsure of what to order as we tried to figure out what you wanted, so we spent a lot of time to figure out what you wanted to order while it was busy. We couldnt afford to sacrifice more time so we needed to hang up for everyone else who was waiting. You also ordered the same food from us two days in a row so Im not sure why the food was suddenly inedible. We also explained that there was a $16 minimum for a delivery, so we were unable to deliver only a small order of Tofu with fried rice because it was too small. If you didnt like the food, you could have called us back so we can find a solution for the problem. We will either replace your order with a new one so in case the old one was not edible for some reason, or we couldve issued a refund.

When I first called and was trying to order the lady who answered kept talking over me before I could even complete my sentences, then proceeded to tell me my order needed to be $16+ for delivery (not a big deal) but right after she hung up while I was trying to order additional food. So I called back (definitely shouldnt have) completed & paid for my order and got my food about 1hr later. Food was warm upon arrival and absolutely DISGUSTING ! I ordered general tso tofu with veggie rice and the tofu was just completely and utterly disgusting . I tried to eat it anyway but had to spit it out. I will NEVER order here again . I didnt even attempt to try the rice honestly .

Been my go to spot for Chinese ever since I moved to Bristol. Good food and large portions. Food is ready within 10 minutes.
