She just didn't do the job
When i had issues with the IRS she didnt even return my call , I thought she knew what she was doing but mu thoughts where wrong ,
Call on a Friday and she answer and sad i took the day of call the office , I call the office and and she told me call on Monday there is no one here to help ,
Just like one guy said you most be better using turbo tax .
