Generally sloppy work, no attention to detail, due to a medical emergency, which delayed redoing some of the work, I have started correcting the work.

I'm an out of state investor and our company uses Lloyd Anthony Construction for our Pittsburgh portfolio. They inspect and renovate our properties. Lloyd knows where to focus the renovation costs to gain more equity and higher rents. Very dependable and highly recommended if you want a great return on your investment.
