Their inventory is terrific and they take the time to answer questions. There was another gentleman there at the same time as I was and one of the gentleman working in the store took time to answer all his questions.

The absolute BEST model train store in the area. Weve been shopping here for almost 8 years and theyve always had such a large selection of items. The prices are relatively good considering everything is pretty much brand new. The staff have been very kind and helpful with repairs as well.

I frequented this shop in my youth, 25-30 years ago. While I have not been there recently, I still have fond memories of the staff - particularly Doug - who took time to teach me how to layout my own set and sandblast old paint off a train he was rebuilding. If I still lived in the area, this would be my go-to shop!
