I was being seen by Dr Faye. She did a few cultures that came back abnormal. When the tests resulted , a prescription was called in for me. A staff member called me to inform me of this ( Im assuming it was a nurse who called). I didnt quite understand the infection, it was one Ive never had before. But it was impossible to get answers to the questions I had. I called the office a few times because I never got a call back or when I did , the response was this is what dr Faye prescribed. Yes, I understand that but again I had questions that no one could seem to tend to. It was like pulling teeth to get a call from Dr Faye, or someone who could address my concerns. After days, I finally received a call from Dr Faye and her initial response to me was you are fighting me on these medications I felt that was extremely insensitive when I was in all reality, just looking for an explanation of my results and treatment. as a patient I dont think i was asking much. She seemed frustrated and told me shes in the office all day and all night, working long hours and calling patients. ( well it took almost a week to get a call from her so??) I was really taken back at her lack of compassion and understanding. As someone who works in the medical field I would never blatantly make my patients feel belittled , as if their concerns are not legitimate or worthy of clarification. Ill never be coming back here again . Your doctor shouldnt make you feel you are being ridiculous for looking for explanations.

I have had wonderful experiences with this practice. I just moved to the area, and was a bit skeptical based on the reviews here. However, Dr. Harden and the staff at the office were welcoming, informative and helpful with my questions. I've had to reach back out after test results (mostly due to my impatience), and they are always timely in getting back to me and informing me of next steps. Very appreciative of my experience with the group!

While we were in the midst of quarantine in 2020, I discovered a large lump on my breast. I went to see my GYN, Dr. Faye, to have it examined. While there, I was dismissed due to my young age and lack of family history with breast cancer. I began to get emotional as it was a very frightening discovery for me. Dr. Faye told me that this was a huge problem with the pandemic: people have too much time on their hands and are self-diagnosing via WebMD we are short staffed and this is not conducive to our time. After much pleading, she finally ordered an ultrasound. This experience is what led me to leave the practice. No patient should ever be shammed for being concerned for an abnormality in their body. We, as women, have an issue with not doing self-exams and caring for ourselves before others. As a medical professional, do NOT shame or complain about people going to the doctor for valid medical concerns. I do not recommend any woman to see Dr. Faye or this practice. Poor bedside manner!
