I have been using LPS for 2 years now, service is great, if I need anything related to my phone system, which I rarely do with their system I get someone on the phone immediately. The change to their system was seamless and quick. 6 Stars!

Our mid-sized pubic relations agency was given a referral to speak with LPS and its COO, Chris Pizzirani, from our trusted IT consultant. It's worth noting that a few years before, we tried to make the switch to a VOIP phone system with disastrous results. We switched to a better IT provider first, and were subsequently introduced to Chris. While we had gone back to landlines, the phone service we had wasn't meeting our needs. Calls were being dropped and no one would take responsibility. Speakerphones didn't work well. Chris came in, looked at how we operated and made a cost-effective recommendation. He worked with us both on budget and timeline, and when it came time to switch over our service, Chris and his team made it absolutely seamless. Having experienced a rough transition before, we were skeptical. But LPS handled everything perfectly. Since making the switch, Chris and his team have been extremely responsive to any and all questions we've had. They're not a "take the money and run" operation. I know without a doubt that I can reach Chris directly on short notice and have him be both responsive and helpful with whatever issue I present. Without hesitation, I offer my strongest recommendation of LPS to any small to mid-size business in need of phone, video and AV system support.
