Is this the corporate office, in charge of all Korman Residential buildings? The employees in Palmyra and the upgrades as well as costs seriously need to be looked at and re-evaluated.

This Bensalem branch of Kormann (Ark) is basically at war with it's tenants, because it does not want to provide services in a timely manner or at all in some cases. Because people have complained loudly, they get notices that their lease won't be renewed and they have to leave in a couple months, or they get the cops called on them. You would think we were prisoners in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, instead of paying customers. Any time you call and complain to much, you are being 'threatening' and they will put you out, or call the cops. Truly hard to believe. Every apartment on the first floor gets water damage when it rains. The second floors also, but to a lesser extent. They can come in your house unnannounced, and leave the damn doors unlocked. How did things get so bad in so short a time' Fortunately I am packing to split. It's way overdue.

I have had the most wonderful experience living at Village Square in Bensalem for the past 3 years.  The grounds, pool & clubhouse are beautiful and the staff are always so helpful and friendly.  My apartment is also very nice and spacious.  I was so sad when Noreen, the property manager moved up in the company and was no longer the manager at Village Square, but as soon as I met the new manager, Annamarie, I was really relieved because right away I knew that they filled Noreen's spot with another great person.Anyway, I just thought I'd write a review because I've had some really bad experiences with apartments in the past (bad staff, unsafe area, etc.), and it's refreshing to live somewhere that I'm treated right and feel safe (I'm single & live alone).   I figured I'd  let people know because in my experience, there aren't too many complexes that care about their residents the way they do at Village Square.  :)
