Easily my most regrettable decision as it pertains to my mental health. Just go somewhere else trust the low score you see and go.

10/10 recommend! I don't always write reviews, but I feel inclined to say that meeting with Stephanie Fudge with J Snyder Therapeutic Services has been the best decision I have made to improve myself as an adult. She is welcoming, funny, relatable, and has an authentically "human" approach to therapy. I always feel like my voice is being heard and that my thoughts and opinions matter. Stephanie is genuine and truly cares about helping people reach goals that may otherwise seem unobtainable by providing different tactics and perspectives. She motivates me to continuing improving myself without making me feel overwhelmed in the process. This is not my first time in therapy, but it is by far the most comprehensive and valuable experience I have had to date. If you're like me and you have always heard other people saying they love their therapists but have never quite found the right person for you yet that you can open up to fully, know that Stephanie has become that person for me. If you are reading this and are looking to speak with someone that makes you feel valued, who you can be your true self around without the fear of judgement, who makes you feel like you are speaking with a friend, then Stephanie is that person! I can't recommend her any more highly!

INCOMPETENT BILLING DEPARTMENT!! STAY AWAY!!! I attended therapy and medication check in sessions with no issues for about 18 months. Then they started billing me random amounts for my medication check ins with no ability to explain why the change in costs. 18 months of paying $75 a month for medication check ins and then they started charging me $250 and $320 a month. Their billing department has no clue why and don't care at all to resolve the issue. They simply said they charge more now since the merger. I'm seeking legal recourse because they own me a refund of over $500. Stay far away from this place. Absolutely disgusting.

I wish zero stars was an option. Avoid them at all costs. Kicking away a long term patient because theyre understaffed and incompetent. I was told by Jennifer Naspinski she cared but clearly she didnt. And stay away from Alissa the office manager. She does nothing but read from a handbook of politically correct statements on how to abandon a patient because she cant think for herself. Will be going to the state after the holidays. They left me with zero antidepressants until I found another doctor. Just tell me to my face you dont like me Jennifer and company. It wouldve hurt a lot less. Sorry I missed appointments due to a heart attack and was no longer compliant because I missed a couple appointments. And then when I called dozens of times to schedule was ignored due to inadequate staffing. If youre reading this: You can find a better practice than this.
