Water Heater Express

Steve saved the day! I went down to my basement to find water coming from my water heater. Apparently the bottom rusted out. I searched the internet and listed my problem. I was contacted very quickly. I described the problem, gave the size and serial number. Steve texted me quote with warrant information and time he will be at my home. The next day I had a new water heater. He was very professional, careful getting the water heater in place and extremely knowledgeable. I even learned a few things. I am very pleased with the service and the product. I do recommend giving Water Heater Express a call when in need.

Steve was very responsive and professional during his visit to my home to replace a hot water tank, even called to check up the next day to confirm everything was working fine. Would definitely work with him again.

I had an issue with my water heater where we weren't getting hot water on Easter Sunday. I did a search on Google for water heater repairs on Home Advisor and came across Water Heater Express. I filled out the form online and detailed my issue. Within an hour Steve called me back and I explained my issue. He assured me that he'd have someone come out the next day by 10am to come out to fix my water heater. I got a text at 9:50 that my technician Jeff was on his way. 10 minutes later he arrived. Jeff was great and was able to see the problem and the water heater was fixed by noon. The price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend these guys if you have an issue with water heater or any plumbing issue.
