        I order two ice coffees with French vanilla, I went halfway to work and realized it was wrong, called up, rude and didnt want to refund me or make new coffee, never again

        The staff is nice, but there are only two of them in the mornings on weekdays, so the wait can get very long. But my number one complaint is the state of the store as a whole. It’s gross. There are flies all over, there is stuff all over the floor, and on some days there is a certain smell. I would recommend going to any other Dunkin in the area.
