        Jacob was very professional and fixed an issue that had not been properly repaired previously by someone else. I asked for photos for my records, and he sent them as soon as he was able. I appreciate the job well done, in a professional, affordable, timely manner. Grateful!

        He was very nice. He completed the job in a timely manner. However, I think it was a little pricey. Although, I would reach out for more work, considering he was the only contractor to reply to my online request.
