HealthWorks-Bethlehem Township - Closed

No negative comments from me. I have them a three because the people behind the counter talk to each other way more than they take people back. I’ve been here once before & have them a three because they’re super slow! My appointment was 1:30 & I showed up at 1:10 wasn’t taken back until 2:10 PM .

I am not one for posting reviews much, and I’m sure no one will actually read this, but today as I sat and waited in the waiting area, I watched the receptionist treat every single person checking in with a rude attitude ! This is healthcare!!! I love lvhn but this specific area today is definitely unacceptable. The front desk nurse or whatever she is should NOT be working here . I will be making a formal complaint to lvhn on this whole situation . I felt terribly uncomfortable as they treated everyone that came in as if they were STUPID including the person I was accompanying .

My total experience started out quite well with the registered nurse while she recorded a series of results. After this part it was was all downhill. I met with a nurse practitioner who entered the room and immediately started talking down to me. When I attempted to ask questions as to what she was explaining she proceeded to take a defensive/questioning tone with me and proceeded to answer every question I asked by repeating what I had asked originally. Overall, the professionalism of this individual as a medical professional should be questioned. Having someone like this at your office doesn’t speak highly of this establishment and would make me think twice about seeking any medical assistance here in the future.
