        The drs are great but the staff at the desk is awful. They don't return your phone calls. Wind Gap or Bath is far more reliable.

        Everyone has always been very good with us and Dr. Otero makes us feel like family. The office is welcoming and clean too. I once had an issue being placed on hold too long, but it turned out it wasn't actually their fault. I've also had good experiences with the answering service during emergencies when I am connected to the on call nurse. My overall experience with this office is definitely more positive than negative. I am very happy we chose this pediatric practice for our family.

        The staff was very friendly and helpful! I was quite nervous about my test but they did a great job walking me through everything and making it as easy as possible.

        Disappointed, had appt with Melinda, Originally had appt with the main office and they called me to cancel, then I got a phone call from them saying they could not access my paperwork from Florida. (Never been to Florida) already had my hesitation. Went in to Melinda with my concerns of veins showing and the pain/swelling. I advised her of my practices I have been doing to help them, She said I wasn’t a candidate for removal, I should keep my legs up and exercise, (I already am). Then I said well Groupon has specials for removal, she said oh it’s a waste and not covered. I again said how much it bothers me. She had no reply. My $40 copay I should of just taken a match to. Yes I was referred there by my family doc. So sad. Very depressed.Wouldnt recommend.

        Today I called and the phone attendant put me on hold for 35 mins. so I decided to hang up and call again but the person who answers the phone now is the answering service and advised me that they transferred all the phone calls to the answering service 30 mins. before the office closes. Can you be a little polite and at least get back to me and tell me on what's going on, instead of just letting me wait forever.
