University Laundromat

Back then I used to like this Laundromat. TV while you wash, AC, change machine always filled, and all washers and dryers worked and cleaned inside and outside and a phone# displayed on their sign of any issues. Today none of the above!

Horrible service, lost money in the machines like 3 separate times. When u call, no one gets back to you until after a week. Today went to do some laundry and the Coin machine wasn't working, I knocked on the office door, no one answered, so I called and left a message to complain about the importance of having change for a coin operated business. I had to run to the bank with all my clothes in the machines. Wouldn't you know after about 20 minutes someone came out of the office to run across the street for pizza. Never opened the door to answer my knock. What do they pay this guy for? SMDH, while I was there, (only washing my clothes, bank only would give 10 dollars in quarters, so I didn't have money for the driers) at least 2 other people came to do laundry, went to the coin machine, saw it was out, and they left. What a way to run a business! Never going back! Avoid this dump!
